there are many ways to microdose with Magick Honey, feel free to explore what works for you and listen to your intuition...here are some suggestions:

~ take 2-3 teaspoons every 2 days to follow the most common microdosing protocol. The 2 days in between microdosing days are for integration, to enjoy the after-glow, and to notice how the medicine is working with you over time. 

~ take 1 teaspoon every day for a mini dose and very subtle support 

~ take whenever & however you feel called to invite in sweet and gentle support. Some folks enjoy a set microdosing schedule and some simply commune when they feel the medicine call. There is no right or wrong way to sit with Magick Honey, as long as it's done in gratitude.

Important Information

Powdered matter will rise to the top, stir well before use for more accurate dosing. Keep tightly closed in a cool, dark, place. Potency will decrease over time, best to consume by October 7th, 2024. Please DO NOT heat up the honey or mix with boiling hot water as the mushroom will lose potency.
