Summer is a beautiful time to bloom, move, and take action. But amidst the yang intensity of this season, we tend to forget to connect back to the rhythm of our internal waters.

We're pausing together on a dreamy Sunday evening to slow the hell down, crack our hearts open over Cacao, move our beautiful bodies, and remember that we're human beings, not productivity machines.

We'll begin in circle with cacao, intention setting, reflection, and conversation before flowing into guided stretches that will gradually open us into intuitive movement, where you're invited to let your body lead.
